I absolutely adored reading this. I recently found you accidentally on YouTube and ran to Substack to sign up and read your work. I felt and still
Often feel what you so eloquently wrote (especially the rigid part) man that still stings (means I still have work to do) but it’s nice to see a reflection of me in you and that growth is also taking place. X
Hey Eunice! Thank you so much for this! I’m so glad you found your way to my work, and I’m honored that you connected with what I wrote. And trust me, I know the sting of rigidity all too well, Lol. You're not alone in this, and it’s beautiful to see the growth happening for both of us. Keep doing the work, because it’s worth every step, even when it feels tough.
Love this. I’ll be turning 38 next month and I’ve had thoughts similar to yours. Grateful that with age comes wisdom and a better understanding of who we are now and also who we are becoming.
Thank you so much. And happy almost 38! It really is a gift; this growing clarity about who we are and who we’re becoming. I’m grateful for that too. Wishing you a beautiful year ahead, full of peace, purpose, and ease 🫶🏽
Thank you so much 🫶🏽 I love that. It feels like the thirties come with a different kind of growth transformation. Sending love as you move through your own shift ❤️
Yesss, happy belated 37! So many of us are in a season of reflection and growth, and I really do love that for us. Cheers to giving ourselves room to evolve. So glad this resonated with you 🫶🏽
This was everything. An awesome read and message. The honesty, vulnerability, and courage. I can relate to learning how to let go and ease. It's challenging daily process still to this day but yes worth it. Showing up as our raw selves is brave and hard. Hope you are giving yourself compassion on the journey too. You're doing great 💛💛
Thanks, Brittanii'! Letting go and leaning into ease is a daily practice for me, too. Some days it feels natural, and other days it’s a wrestle. But I’m learning to give myself grace along the way. I appreciate your kind words more than you know, and I’m grateful we’re on this journey of showing up together. 💛
